Welcome to my page! My name is Caron Reck, and I am honored to share my journey with you.
For the past 10 years, I have been on a transformative path of recovery from substance and behavioral addictions. This personal experience has not only shaped my life but has ignited my passion for helping others navigate their own journeys toward healing and growth.
To deepen my understanding and enhance my ability to support others, I completed a coaching course with Inner Life Skills, where I learned essential tools and techniques for personal development.
In addition, I pursued specialised training in addiction recovery at The Foundation Clinic in Johannesburg. This dual focus on coaching and addiction recovery equips me to provide compassionate, effective
guidance tailored to the unique needs of each individual I work with.
My mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential, fostering resilience and encouraging sustainable change.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to overcome challenges and thrive, and I am dedicated to supporting you on your path to a brighter future.
I currently reside in the beautiful coastal town of Hermanus, where I draw inspiration from nature and the community around me.
